You will need to order your wedding stationery invitations at least three to four months before the wedding date.  I do recommend you order them as soon as you are ready and send them out  two to three months before the wedding date, to allow time for people to reply. If your wedding is near christmas, bank holiday or peak holiday season, I recommend you send out your invitations earlier, so guests have time to book hotels, etc. To be totally sure, sending out 'Save the Date 'card is a great idea, to enable guests to pencil it in their diaries.

You can order your stationery in two stages. Firstly 'Save the Date'/day/night invitations and secondly,' Order of Service' and reception items. This will give you more time to finalise the details.

Orders can be placed by telephone ,via email on my contact me page, or if you prefer, i can visit you, to show you my portfolio and discuss your thoughts and requirements.(within a 30 mile radius of Stroud in Gloucestershire)

A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required at the time of ordering. Once I have received your order and deposit I will prepare proofs for you to check and return to me with any necessary amendments. The remaining balance is payable on return of your proofs. The total order amount must be paid in full before completion of your order. I accept cheques or bank transfers, details of which will be sent to you when payment is due. If you wish to order stationery in stages, then you will be sent separate invoices stating the quantities and total costs.

Once you have approved your final proofs, I will aim to deliver within 6 weeks,  delivery times will be given once the order has been placed. Delivery charges depend on the weight of the order. Orders will be delivered by Royal Mail Special delivery and will require a signature on receipt.
